How We Got Here
Psalms 91 is a civilian movement in this nation to protect the lives of law enforcement officers by prayer and by placing a laminated Psalm 91 card in the hands of each officer as a weapon for their use.
In the military this Psalm has come to be called and known as "The Soldiers Psalm".
52 soldiers from the small Texas town of Seadrift went to war in WWII. Their photos were placed in a church picture frame and Psalm 91 was prayed over them daily by fifteen to twenty of their mothers. God heard their intercessions, and not a single son of Seadrift was killed. All 52 came home safely from the battlefields of Europe, the South Pacific, and the Far East in spite of the fact that on these fronts, many hundreds of thousands lost their lives.
